As my client at CFBH you can workout whenever the gym is open and you’re not restricted to specific class times. You can also workout whenever I’m at the gym, which is 11am-close.

My approach is holistic, which means that it includes fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle guidance. It allows for optimal progression by tailoring your fitness and nutrition program to your own lifestyle, goals and history. I utilize an app called TrueCoach which allows you to see your workouts, record your results, watch and upload videos, and message me 24/7.

This includes a 3x membership to CrossFit so if you want to take group class, you can.
